LIGRIL Masonry mesh

Advantages of using Basalt construction mesh:

• Low thermal conductivity. LIGRIL is 100 times superior to metal grids in terms of thermal conductivity. The basalt grid has 0.46 W/m2, the metal grid has 40-60W/m2. When using LIGRIL, high energy efficiency of the houses being built is obtained due to the absence of "cold bridges".
• Ease of use. LIGRIL is elastic, compact, does not injure hands and does not tear clothes when laying. LIGRIL is easy to cut with ordinary household scissors and is convenient to put on the masonry. LIGRIL has a smaller thickness in comparison with metal grids, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the thickness of the masonry seam and reduce the cost of masonry mortar.
• Light weight. LIGRIL is 7-8 times lighter than metal mesh (240-280 g/m2 versus 2.04 kg/m2 for metal mesh). It is easier to lay and cheaper to transport, while significantly reducing the load on the foundation.
• Resistance to aggressive environments. Basalt mesh is not subject to corrosion, resistant to the alkaline effects of masonry mortar, withstands numerous temperature changes.
• High strength. The breaking load of LIGRIL basalt mesh is 50 kN/m (5 tons/m).
